Introduction. The Inter Corps Cross Country Relays were postponed in Sep 22 due to unforeseen circumstances and will now be held on Wed 07 Dec 22. The aim of this event is to try to extend the availability of competitive Cross-Country races to the Corps. This year the competition will be held as a single race which will start at 1300 hours on Wed 07 Dec 22.
Competition Details. The following competitions will be contested:
1) U23 Female }
2) Female Senior Teams }
3) Female Masters Teams (35+) }
4) U23 Male } Start 1300 hours.
5) Male Senior Teams } Teams of 4 in all competitions.
6) Male Masters Teams (40+ ) }
All category qualifications are based on Date of Birth on day of the race.
